Ice Gray

So, the sink is beautiful and I love the offset drain and the work station features (extra cost but you can have a cutting board, colander, drying board and soaking bowl). However, two separate sinks were delivered with cracks in the corner. One was substantial, and I returned it to Wayfair w/o issue. The second was a small hairline crack that was just forming, and I exchanged it under warranty with Kohler. I got a 3rd sink with no issues, but now I'm scared cracks might develop down the road. Unfortunately the counter was already templated to this sink (which btw you must use the template to make sure the edges are exposed for the accessories), so I just have my fingers crossed. I actually love this sink--it's nice & deep, is easy to keep clean, and looks beautiful in our kitchen. My only issue is that it DOES scratch, even though it claims to be scratch resistant. I have to be very careful about what I use to clean it so that it doesn't scratch. I was using one of those sponges that has a scrubber on one side and it scratched the sink pretty easily. It's not super noticeable, and it doesn't bother me that much, but it's still a little disappointing. I received this as part of a tried and true program, and this ink is beautiful. It is well packaged/protected with foam and bubble wrap. Beautiful sink for our retrofit. I do not use the racks because they make it too cumbersome to clean. I get the theory behind the rack it keeps it from getting scratched. However, if you can’t see it anyway what’s the difference The side rack is nice and I used it for the first couple weeks, but they also reduce the amount of sink I had to clean big pans and pots with perfect size perfect depth. Cleans up nice would’ve given it five stars. However, I’m noticing a lot of rust marks and I don’t understand why.  Overall great delivery great service by Wayfare came in a few days.. Garden. This innovative KOHLER® Anthem+ system controller acts as the wiring center and brain for the Anthem showering system, providing connections for every component and powering the digital control. Beyond that, everything is customizable — with the option to add up to 12 water outlets, plus steam enhancements.

We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings.
