Overall....awesome! A few minor complaints but nothing worth taking off a star. The leather feels great, the gold stitching looks crisp on the blue which just happened to match what I had repainted my theater in, so it worked out perfect. All the power recliners go very far back and the head angle adjustment is a nice touch of added comfort. The included side tables are pretty sturdy and eliminate the need for a coffee table in most cases. I am 6'2" 210lbs and these do not feel small or limiting in any way. Only complaints were I could not figure out the connections for the love seat so I did not bother using them...so far they have been heavy enough where this has not been an issue. All of the lighting stuff is cool looking while the chair is in the down position, but once you recline it, it throws whatever color you have selected up towards the tv which is distracting, (but I'm someone who likes a dark theater). First, the sofa is beautiful and very comfortable. We did find it a bit difficult to connect a couple of the pieces- especially the center bolster was hard to get connected. If it does, I cant find it. However, I purchased a massage chair separately that has heat so its not a big deal that the couch doesnt have it... And honestly, this is a very very pretty couch. The backs provide firm support, the adjustable feet and head rests are comfortable, the saved positions add nice convenience, and the stitching gives a sleek stylish look. The only improvement I can think of, though not worth docking a star, is that I am 5'10" and if the seat backs went up just another couple inches it would fit my head and neck better, currently the motorized neck rest starts on my shoulder blades, and I either have to slouch a bit or extend the head rest forward more than I might otherwise extend it to get past my shoulders.. I had a frustrating experience with FedEx's customer service when I tried to place a vacation hold on a delivery. The website was difficult to navigate, and I needed help speaking to people. After two unsuccessful attempts and an hour later, I finally got the hold, only to have the request canceled. Despite the ordeal, I was relieved to receive the delivery finally. Next, I noticed that the recliner's price had been reduced by $550, but Wayfair claimed they couldn't issue a refund after the order had shipped. We have spent thousands of dollars furnishing a new home. I'm disappointed by their policy, but I will explore other options. Alright, no more complaining! The recliner is ideal for our theater room. It assembles quickly, is sturdy, and comfortable. However, I have some doubts about the leather. It's marketed as Top Grain, but there's a chance it's only Genuine Leather (the lowest quality)..
