This has worked well for us. Way to out together and produces a great compost. One thing to note is that the compost can rest on the bottom ledge inside which can make it difficult to open the doors. Most rain barrels on the market don't fully utilize the water they hold because the spigot is located about halfway up the barrel. This allows bucket filling but leaves a lot of the water behind that often becomes stagnant and hazardous. Barrels with optimally located spigots don't allow room for buckets and leave hoses as the only draining option. This is a great little dehumidifier. We got it for our basement because our old one was getting old and starting to have problems. This one is smaller and a lot quieter.
