The hard-boiled eggs handle was already broken when I opened the box and I am still working with the manufacturer to see what they will do because Wayfair referred me to them so I cannot refund nor getting any replace yet. It really helped with charcoal organizing, air flow, and cleanup. You’ll be reluctant at first when you see the price. You may even consider purchasing a less expensive alternative… Don’t. I took a chance, trusting the quality of the other products from Kamado Joe and honestly had to laugh when this arrived. The images don’t do it justice and when you retrieve it from it’s careful packaging, use two hands. The basket is fabricated out of ~1/4” stainless rod and will be remaining long after we die.
