[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello Frigidaire. I bought this unit along with the gallery window unit because I know that your Gallery units are quiet. Both are used in bedrooms - one needed to have the portable as it is an egress for fire dept. Anyway, in the past the portable units I bought from LG as well as De'Longhi ALL had a coupler to snap into place. This helps to keep the hose where it needs to be. Your unit even has the tabs to snap said coupler into the unit. BUT there was not one provided. Am thinking Frigidaire forgot this as opposed to thinking it was not needed. The hose does not attach to that base and could easily come out. I hate to duct tape it as it will definitely leave sticky residue and frankly when I pay this much for a unit, I expect it will have all connectors included. I was so scared this would be damaged when I opened it! It came very quickly, but when I got home the box was crushed on one side. However, when I opened it it was securely packaged and was not damaged at all!! I was SO happy! This is the tank that goes to the base I had already gotten from Wayfair. I had checked several box stores and online and Wayfair was the cheapest and fastest way to get it. I have not installed the toilet yet, as I am getting things together for a bathroom restore and so I won't be able to comment on it's actual operation at this point. But I will say the tank is small, which I really like. I also really love that the flush is on top of the tank instead of the side. I thought I was getting a complete toilet. Why would a toilet seat be titled“1.28 gpf (water efficient) Elongated One-Peice Toilet (Seat Included)”? I would think if your ordering a toilet seat that the seat is included (lol) and how does a toilet seat have a 1.28 gpf? A complete miss on the title. Also, I asked customer service what the height is from the floor to the seat and was told it was 16.5 inches. So apparently the customer service person thought the same thing and didn’t correct me. I even searched the product number on google to find more information on it and the product number comes up with an entire toilet not just a seat. So needless to say it’s going back to Wayfair..
