I really like this desk. I think its great. However, I only recommended it for those ready for the technical and physical challenges and have the skills, time, and patience for assembling things like this. The instructions describe the general order of assembly and are insufficient on certain details. It comes in five boxes, so be sure to do a complete inventory before starting. I spent more than 24 hours (with break times) for unpacking, inventory, and assembly, including getting the drawers and doors operating smoothly to running, wrapping, and placement of power, video, and data cables so that they are just right. Delivery was very fast. Packaging was good enough that even when FedEx left it in slight rain, nothing was damaged. Was simple to put together and only took me about an hour. I had my son hold the shelves up while I fastened them but I could have done it on my own by laying the shelf down. Beautiful color that matched exactly to the rest of my furniture, including some smaller shelves from Wayfair for another part of my room. Only issue was one of the bottom frame pieces was marked wrong (C instead of D) so I had to take that apart and redo it but not a big deal. The last picture with the plant is after I put the safety wall fasteners on. I opted to use black ties instead of the white that were included so they were less obvious.
