After a complete installation the fan does not work. The communication method used to address this is utterly ridiculous. This matter could be remedied by now if person to person communication was available. Instead, I’m stuck in a wait and see situation communicated via email. This is a great 52inch dimmable led celling fan with remote control. Item arrived packaged well. Installation was fairly easy. The fan has a fantastic amount of light.
