The VinylFix Mix2Match Repair Kit was developed as an easy customized repair solution for WPC, linoleum, vinyl, vinyl composition tile (VCT), luxury vinyl tile and plank. This kit allows you to repair many different types of damage on flooring and molding. The VinylFix Kit contains eight different pigments to allow for endless color combinations, all assisted by the included 45 color formulas and instructions customized for LVT, VCT and vinyl. The acrylic-based putty is designed to fill the damage with a strong bond and flex along with the floor in its changing conditions. This means that the filler will not break up or pop out of the repaired vinyl surface. The enclosed booklet includes both simplified and detailed instructions for repairing damage, as well as tips on applying an easy grain or marbling effect. Great for DIY and professionals. I really like the floor fine. A BIG however -- our installers found that 20-25% of the pieces were chipped in every box. One box, the majority of them were chipped. Because you must snap them together, you cannot just cut off an end to use it. Therefore, most of the pieces were unusable. Although the product is decent, the attention to detail of the manufacturing and shipping is not. I cannot recommend this. The other problem was the time it took to receive the boxes. Over 3 weeks. My rating is based on the packaging, not service. I saw the prior customer review regarding the packaging, but ordered anyway, since I've purchased from Wayfair for several years and never had to return an item, I thought it might have been a one time issue that occurred with that customer. They were correct. The vendor's packaging had no padding, and when the tiles arrived only 1 tile out of the 2 packages was unbroken. However, I had no issues with the return process.
