These are quite cute and match the finish of my door knobs and other trim exactly. However, Im going to have to use double stick tape or mounting tape because the magnets simply dont hold even with the lightest load on the inside of my exterior metal door of my laundry room. I am using two of them, top and bottom, to secure a curtain over the window on the door. I bought a quite sheer lightweight curtain and it pulls the top one right down when you move the door.. Sarah. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is.
