This is the tile you’ve been looking for! I took a chance and ordered this without getting a sample first and I was not disappointed. I searched for months for the perfect neutral tile that also had flair. I wanted something that would not compete with my countertop but was not a plain subway tile. This is perfect! The picket design plus the waves give it just enough movement. I like that it is zellige-like but has straight edges. The tiles are pure white with no variation so it did not create a clashing pattern with my quartzite. The glossy shine brightens up my small kitchen. I used artic white grout. Adorable for the dog tub we installed in our laundry room. Things you should know: the tiles in the box seem random. We ordered 2 boxes. In all, we received varying quantities of each doggie face. Sometimes 2, 3, or 5 of any one particular face. You can match any two tiles side by side and it creates a face where the edges meet, but we didn't want to repeat the same center dog face side by side. It takes some effort since there are a different, random number of each face. We laid them out on the carpet and played with the layout, arranging and rearranging so we liked the design. Then we used blue painters tape on each tile and numbered them, starting with the bottom row, since that is what the tile installer would begin with. My husband made a great graphic illustration of the layout so there would be no mistakes. We used a white scallop tile for the sides of the tub, and a black and white mosaic for the floor. The house is still under construction so the plumbing is not finished - no hose and sprayer installed yet- and some of the grout was missing the day I took the pics. This tile is absolutely gorgeous. I hate to admit it, but I did not realize my order would only contain one piece. While ordering, I was entering how many I wanted and it said the maximum was 12 tiles. So I was totally expecting 12 sheets of this mosaic tile. We made them our accent tile with white Carrera with veining to pick up off them. They stand out gorgeously with our Chrome accents. The mirror is hangs over our vanity it’s just special. I love the tile. It is a bright white with the design in light gray. It goes great with my gray cabinets and white gray and silver specked countertops. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the tiles came with two strips of thin glue/plastic on the front of each tile. At first I thought the tiles were defective. After opening several boxes and finding all the tiles the same I tried to remove the strips. Anyway if you put the tiles in water for a minute that will loosen the protective strips and then they can be removed with your finger nail or razor blade.
