We have several Samad rugs in our home and the golden age collection is simply the best! This was packaged well and shipped promptly. We would consider ordering another rug from Perigold in the future, however, their Bryne rug pads leave something to be desired. We ordered one with this rug and and it wasn't the correct dimensions, missing 2" x 6" on the width and length, respectively---despite clearly being sold as the desired 2' x 12'. Never mind that it was a wonky cut clearly tapering down the length side. It's clear Bryne runners seem to be made of leftover materials. As a busy dad with zero interior design skills, I usually leave the aesthetics to my wife. But with this rug, even I can tell it's a winner. First off, it looks amazing. My wife called it a 'statement piece's and I think that means it makes the room look fancy without me having to understand why. It fits perfectly in the spot I picked out. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this rug is the reason we don't step on Legos as much anymore. It's durable and holds up to two cats and two kids. Between the kids spilling juice, my cats treating it like a personal racetrack, and me occasionally dropping some coffee, this rug has survived it all. It resists stains like a champ and is super easy to clean-which is great because I'm not exactly in top of vacuuming. Long story short, if you've got a busy family, pets, and questionable decorating skills like myself, this rug is a lifesaver.
