Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. Pretty straight forward and easy to install. My husband (who isn't too handy) was able to do it himself. It is very heavy so two people may be needed since it's 110lbs. The gold matches my daughter bathroom and it looks beautiful. The back is shorter than our last one but it's good since my four year old is able to teach the buttons by herself. The lid is soft closing so no more slamming of the cover. Feels great and looks just as clean and sleek. I’m so very excited for this toilet! It arrived quickly and was very well packaged so there’s no damage whatsoever. It has all the bells and whistles you could ever want in a toilet including automatic seat closure, nightlight, and of course a bidet! It requires its own dedicated power outlet so I’m waiting for the electrician before I can get the toilet installed. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority.
