Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. Great upgrade from a standard toilette . Built in bidet is perfect solution since we did not have space for a separate European style bidet . Simpler install without needing electric hookup was a plus and also cheaper . no warm water option was not as big of an issue as I thought … water pressure on bidet spray tube is high so don’t turn it on when you’re facing it or you will get sprayed in the face.. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo).
