This carpet cleaner and stain remover is great in the fact that it is compact, however, the attachment for the hose comes out very easily. It did remove the stain from my couch but not my carpet. The suction is good but the worst part is the fact that the stain remover liquid that goes in the machine is a very small bottle and I can’t find any more liquid on Google. I have just had one trial run with this machine to make sure it was running smoothly and I was very impressed. This is a great Air Conditioning unit! It came assembled and with all the pieces needed to run outside. We have it set up on a sun porch and love how fast it cools the space.
