I love them. They are really well stuffed. They seem firm right now but once they’ve been used a bit that will soften. I’m relieved that I won’t have chairs where the seat has bottomed out in a couple years. Each chair easily fits 2 people. Electronic controls are great. Lots of room for legs without hanging over. I spent a long time researching recliner manufacturers, and I knew I wanted a Southern Motion recliner. No question - I made the right decision. This chair is incredibly solidly built, very comfortable, and all of the recliner and headrest adjustments allow you to make it fit you perfectly. No question - I would purchase this chair again. **Note - there are several listing of Contour chairs listed as "brown". They are all different shades of brown, but there is really no way to figure out which brown you're buying. I purchased a chair and a sofa and received two different colors and it's taking a bit of unwinding to get a matching set.
