It's a little fiddly to lay down and you need to be careful when walking on it or laying your flooring as the top layer can catch on your shoes and tear. Awesome product, especially if you are utilizing as an underlayment, in order to lay down LVT (Luxury Vinyl Planking. It also has excellent insect repellent capability, sound deadening qualifies and insulating characteristics. Since they come in 2’x3’ sheets they are easy to manage. I would suggest stapling down instead of gluing down. Best to use a pneumatic staple gun to nail down in corners, in lieu of glue. You really don’t want those toxic fumes in your home.. Marty.
