Great product. The slate magnetic professional Series 120 is awesome. Everything arrived before the actual delivery date which was great. I would recommend breaking the board in by covering entire surface with chalk with the chalk on its side. After covering the board erase, write on it and then wash with water and a sponge. The chalk tray is wide enough to hold chalk and erasers. The magnetic capability is great. Also, you can purchase 1" map hook and clips and 1" inch flag display holders for this board as well. Was a bit unsure if this door holder would be suitable for my needs, but was pleasantly surprised. There is enough resistance from the magnet to hold the door open and have a little resistance when closing, but not enough to make it hard to close the door. It does make a clicking noise when the door swings open, but it doesn’t bother me. I did opt to use my own double sided tape instead of the screws on the floor piece which has worked well.
