I think the couch is beautiful, looks just like the pictures. The back pillows on the couch are hard. I was also missing 1 bracket to keep both couches together in the center. I do think the arms on the chair could be a tiny bit longer. This is exactly what I need for my small apartment, I love it. Couch is still comfortable and eye catching. BUT - the wheels should be there: look under the sofa (you will have to flip it over or onto the side), there are 2 zippered compartments (one left, one right). They are marked "A" and "B". Follow the instructions for where they screw in to bottom of couch. ALSO - This sofa is HEAVY - so please get help and/or be very careful when you flip it to add wheels.. Courtenay. Media, PA.
