This reinforcement lock is very good quality. It was very easy to install, although I measured wrong the first time and had to move it. Wayfair customer service was like in the "good ol' days". Happy to do business with Wayfair. The product is good quality. But the manufacturer could do its end users a real favor by making very clear that one unmarked screw should NOT be removed. All it would take would be a little sticky note on the piece. Instead the manufacturer chooses to sell you a replacement part ($34). Note #1: The square drive on this latch has a 9/32 in. opening and a 1/4 in. opening. The maximum square spindle size that this latch will accommodate is 9/32 in. Note #2: This item cannot be used on pre-bored doors that have large, newer style doorknob holes without first prepping them to receive this hardware.
