First off. I was a little disappointed because I was sent a returned product. But everything was in the box unharmed and all the pieces were there. Very easy to assemble. Only took a couple of minutes. I originally thought it was a rechargerable light. My fault I assumed because of the remote control. But over all I love it. It's sleek and elegant. The colors are absolutely beautiful as it changes with whatever is playing on tv. Yes the colors are bright, but not overly bright. There is a color-shifting mode also. Kids will especially love this feature added to their tvs. There’s a camera-like piece that you attach to the top of the tv which is what attracts the colors. I’ve had these types of stick-on LED lights before but this is the longest string of LED lights I’ve tried before. I was able to line the entire kitchen, which I was surprised by.
