I am using it for exercises because I cannot get down to and up from the floor. I am a small person and I am just doing leg raises, quad sets, etc., nothing that puts a lot of stress on the table. I am satisfied at this price point. I honestly can't figure out what's holding the middle up so it makes me nervous, but in use, it feels quite sturdy - for a small person and not putting much stress on the table.
