Very pleased with the awning. Fits the space just right. Assembly was not overly difficult but the instructions could have been a bit more detailed. I looked at several videos related to assembly of the out sunning awnings and even though they were not for this exact awning it helped immensely. I was able to do the complete assembly by myself but needed help to lift the awning into place on the brackets. I mounted the brackets in the rim joist between the first and second floors... as such I needed to purchase some lag screws as the anchors provided with the awning were suited more to mounting on brick or concrete. The installed SunSetter, as of last night, works just fine. I like the upgrades since I bought the first one nearly fifteen years ago. Get the motor. Get the remote. Maybe even the wind sensor? I didn't get that. Always be mindful of the wind. My SunSetter is part of why my house is my home. I thought that sounded more mature than writing, I love my SunSetter. Everything I was looking for. The colors are gorgeous, the motorized arms work so smooth and quiet, excellent quality. We can put it out when we need it and retract it when we don't.
