Heat pump works great, the controls aren't great and we can't figure out how to change the Temperature from Celsius to Farenheit or adjust the temperature, but luckily the default temperaure is exactly the temperature we need! Infinitely adjustable speed control is flush with the side of the unit; inconspicuous, yet easy to reach and simple to use. The blower discharges right, left, or down and slides side-to-side to ease installation (insufficient space for built-in ovens). The front access panel allows easy cleaning.

The product arrived late due to "weather" however there was no weather issues along the route. Once it arrived the package was severely damaged. There were loose screws floating around and the styrofoam used to support hood was busted and no longer protecting the unit. We have not installed the unit yet to see if it functions but there were minor metal pieces bent. The pieces bent looking salvageable so hopefully it works once installed. A bit challenging to install, and it required a brace in the wall to hold it by either drilling anchors or a brace attached via included super glue (that is supposed to cure for 24 hours). The dial in the middle allows you to choose between the top shower head, loofah or handheld shower head...nothing can be run concurrently.
