I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. Very disappointed! Purchased this item based on reviews posted unreliable. My main reason for purchase of this item was ease of installation and it offered a night light, however there was no parts list included so I have no idea what the wattage of the bulbs is or where to purchase for replacement. The bulbs do not screw in, they plug in. The top of the unit is not flat preceeding the front angle as shown in the diagram. The unit sticks out farther than the cabinet. Stainless formed with lots of up and down impressions which makes cleaning difficult. Need to cover with some type molding possibly. No Contact information or website for manufacture. This range hood is high quality. I bought a cheaper version a few years ago for my old house. I liked it, but now that I have this I can see where the cheaper one was lacking. This range hood is thicker steel that wont dent as easily. The oil tray is steel, the baffle filters feel commercial grade, the large duct size really moves a lot of air. I am glad I spent the money. Its loud but quieter than the old one. Relatively quiet for the amount of air it moves. The instructions are good, mounting is easy and secure. Bought this hood since I needed to replace my old one and I must say this thing is absolutely amazing!! Easy installation and it came in perfect condition with no damages at all, it has a motion detector for your hands so you don’t have to press any buttons which was very very cool, also it sucks up the smoke so fast and well. Definitely recommended if you need a hood for your kitchen. It has such a clean finish to it and it should go well with any kitchen. I definitely recommend this hood unlike other hoods that are slow this one will make sure your smoke alarm won’t go off if you are cooking and release too much smoke. These are by far the best stoves/ovens! We have had our 48" since 2021, and just purchased the 30" which will be all that we need as far as the cooktop and oven.
