It took a long time for just one person to put together but the functionality is great. Appears to be great for all ages and leaves room for imagination. Our play set has already been a garden, submarine, pirate ship and an alien spaceship. It held up after all those missions! The stitch options are just enough to learn with without being complicated, and the machine runs smoothly for the most part. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that it can struggle a bit with thicker fabrics or multiple layers, and the instructions could be a little clearer for absolute beginners.
