I purchased this sofa, November 9, 2025. It is the same as it was when I first purchased it. It took my grandson an hour from unboxing to assembling it. It was so easy for him lol Make sure you prepare the slip covers before you take the plastic off the pillows, because they deflate very rapidly. That is a mistake I made, I was so anxious to see what it would look like put together. It is a beautiful couch and it has held up from the tiny hands and feet of my great grandkids. If you want a beautiful, strong sofa, you can’t go wrong by purchasing this one. The only regret I have is that I purchased the cream and not the white. Solid, well-made, and most important, comfortable! You don't "sink into" the cushions, which while supportive, are not at all too hard in my view. At a certain age, "sinking into the cushions" poses a real challenge when you go to try to stand up. (Don't ask me how I know.) I decided on four stars only because the very nice leather has an intentional "mottled look," which isn't my favorite, but I'll get used to it. Good quality firm cushions but the fabric kinda rough to the touch, it will hold well heavy use, this sofa seats are high good for tall people 6’ and over as the description mentioned. I think it’s overpriced the fact that the back cushions are not removable, as the description is misleading by an illustration of an upright cushion and a semi circular arrow indicating that you can turn em, but apparently they meant to show the seat cushions not the back ones. I looked at these chairs for a while and am really glad I got them. Very nice in person, the seats a little stiff but not uncomfortable. Soft Baby blue but color can change a little with whatever pillows you add. I needed to blend my other blues in room a bit and the added pillow helped.
