The finished product is beautiful but buyer beware…this product is extremely labor intensive. The metal tiles are ceramic with a metal overlay, which causes a problem with cutting. There is only a small circle of glue holding them together and the metal pops off upon cutting and needs to be glued back on. This happened roughly 50 times during our project.. Shana. These are very pretty mosaic tiles. They seem to be well made and are strongly adhered to the back mesh. The colors and gray scale are nice with the aluminum being very shiny and looking a lot like brushed nickel. My only complaint is they are very thick and incredibly heavy. I absolutely love these tiles. I am using them to frame my electric fireplace. They can be separated and arranged in different patterns which is great.
