We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. The other thing is the indicator bell when the oven reaches temperature is faint and it's not as obvious to read when the temperature is reached. But otherwise I love everything about it! A high end home builder, we only use induction in our high performance all electric new houses. When we found Induction Hardware at the International Builder Show, we were impressed and gave them a chance in a model home. As people have tried it , everyone is extremely impressed with the quality of the induction cooktop on the range and the oven. The range is an immediately responsive induction top which has been compliant with all the cookware we have tried and also is very quiet. If you’ve ever cooked with induction you’ll recall the annoying buzz. IH does not have the buzz. And when you get to the oven it can go to dehydrate temps and even a wood fired pizza at 660. It has a super sleek modern look! I’ve got a ton of compliments on it. Heats up quick cooks food evenly. Digital buttons are easy to use, although sometimes they go off when wipingcleaning the display panel but that’s to be expected but u can push the lock button beforehand.
