Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! GE Profile Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater has been installed for about 5 weeks. Delivery was superb, delivered to my basement as scheduled in three days from date of order. Installation by plumber was without issue. Has been functioning very well since installation. Extremely low electric use and not very loud. It does keep the basement cooler, but that's not an issue..
