The overall quality of the range has been excellent so far. We get compliments about it from all our guests and it really is a statement piece in the center of our kitchen. The only grip I have is that the burners do not turn down enough and the wok burner makes a strange humming sound at any level above 5 when any pan is placed above it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. It's exactly what my wife wanted, and she's happy with it. For installation, the gas line and the electrical wire have to share a very small space at the bottom in the back. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. Pretty great especially for the price. Heats up fast. Especially with boost mode on the burners. The knobs are nice and easy to use, yet have locking things that make them hard to accidentally turn on; good combination and harder to design well than it looks. Range included a huge really nice air frying tray that I love use. Smart Functions are optional which is good because I will never connect this or any appliance to my wifi. Cook top has proven durable and easy to clean so far. The interface for the oven and other functions is pretty good. Lots of little things that could be improved: * The largest burner is 11". Weird size. Please try to just make it 12" since that is a common skillet size. * Easy clean seems fairly ineffective. * Air fry mode is ok, but convection bake seemed to get better results for air frying. * The touch interface goes to sleep and needs an extra tap at first which is slightly annoying. Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I don't love the air fry feature, I still use a different one. I bought a newer version of this range than a friend had and recommended and am so glad I did. Temperatures are much easier to contribute than my previous range, and everything I've made in the oven has come out perfectly. If I had to improve anything, it would be two things, I would appreciate dials that were easier to read. The writing on them is small and not hard to see in low light. The other thing is the indicator bell when the oven reaches temperature is faint and it's not as obvious to read when the temperature is reached. But otherwise I love everything about it! I had heard some complaints about the top scratching, but I have not had any problems with that. It still looks perfect after it's cleaned. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase!. Kargo.
