This is a very very heavy media console and arrived in a crate. Though no assembly was required, actually getting out of the crate was truly a task. DTV+ actually works great, make sure your installer(plumber and electrician read the installation requirements before install. I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position.
