We purchased two of these fans for our house. One is located over 20 ft in the air. The description stated the fan is reversible from the wall switch or remote. After the electricians installed these fans we found out this was not true. The only way to reverse the fan is at the motor and even with a four ft down rod it is 19 ft in the air. Well, when it first arrived, I have to say I was a little disappointed when opening the box it was not even in any packaging just laying there in the carton and did not look that appetizing. I think they could’ve also thrown in a insert telling customers they could expand it with their hands and make it look bigger so I not to star off the packaging and nothing in the box but the plant other than that it looks great I’m very happy with it. I do think it was a little overpriced for what it really is but I really do like it so I’m keeping it and I have attached some photos.
