Got this bed for my son, the bed is a great fit for him and he likes the RGB lights and controls. I like that this bed has a plug in for the outlets that get mounted onto the bed so he can set up his devices and charge them going to bed. I built the bed myself and that is where I take a star away, the process is long and the bed comes in many parts. I made one small mistake and did not line up the holes correctly, luckily, I did not have to backtrack far, but it could pose a problem unless you are carefully following the directions (although it is mostly pictures). I am not going to lie. I was leery, but my expectations were exceeded just on the packaging alone! Took me about an hour to put together, instructions were easy-ish to follow. The operation is smooth, very quiet when moving up/down. The wiring threw me off a bit, as the light controller is in the box with the desk and everything else is in the box with the frame. I am very pleased, it feels sturdy. Caution, the box with the frame is much heavier than expected, but you can tell quality went into the making. Didn't have to program the motors or calibrate them. The cup holder is a nice touch for sure! I do wish it came with a PC tower holder, but there was room on top for the desktop. I am a developer, not a gamer, but it's perfect for my setup! The price is higher than many of the others but I chose this one, because the top is a solid piece and not split like a majority of the others. One phone charger and my MacBook's plug can't coexist either, could've easily been solved by separating the outlets a tiny bit. Such a small detail that could've made this bed perfect otherwise. First photo, phone charger barely connects (it's lifted). Second photo, phone charged and MacBook charger can't be plugged together, as you can see the MacBook charger is making a false contact (no power).
