This is the second home I have installed Kohler Riverby sink in because I love it so much! I have had the 30" version of it in my house since 2016 and it still looks like new! Keeping the included rack in the sink keeps it from getting scratched or marked. I needed a smaller sink for a small condominium I own, so I purchased the same sink in this 25" version. Having the drain offset away from the center makes it much easier to place and rinse dishes without spoons or forks dropping straight down into the drain, so I have never had that issue. It is beautiful, sturdy and the best part is how it slightly slopes downward toward the drain, making rinsing and cleaning it much more efficient. The sink looks beautiful. Waiting to be installed. The only flaw I noticed was around the drain hole. The metal seems showing darker and is not gold like the rest of the sink. It is not noticeable unless you look directly at it. Not sure how cleaning of this sink will be. the space for the drain is narrow. Can only access with a tooth brush to clean. So, the sink is beautiful and I love the offset drain and the work station features (extra cost but you can have a cutting board, colander, drying board and soaking bowl). However, two separate sinks were delivered with cracks in the corner. One was substantial, and I returned it to Wayfair w/o issue. The second was a small hairline crack that was just forming, and I exchanged it under warranty with Kohler. I got a 3rd sink with no issues, but now I'm scared cracks might develop down the road. Unfortunately the counter was already templated to this sink (which btw you must use the template to make sure the edges are exposed for the accessories), so I just have my fingers crossed. We installed this 5 years ago on a remodel and had looked at the 9" depth in the store and decided on that one. We didn't realize right next to it was the 5" depth and when we went back to order at the plumbing store, accidentally just pointed the 5" depth out in a rush to get it ordered. When it arrived, the plumber pointed it out and said we would hate it and offered to return and reorder, but we had already waited 3 weeks for this one and were eager to be done with the remodel so we opted to keep it. We are 5 years in and wish we had paid more attention and listened to our plumber. The sink, while lovely and works, is not deep enough to counter splashing when washing hands, pots, etc. and so as a result the granite around the sink is already showing signs of hardwater stains that we will have to pay to have polished out. My kitchen remodel is now complete, we replaced the island with new cabinets, sink and dishwasher. I love this sink. Very large, one big basin for large things, the rack in the bottom helps prevent scratches from large pots. I wanted a sink that I could put attachments in. The colander and drying rack are perfect. It did not come with a cutting board, but we cut one to size ourselves and its perfect. The undermount is great with our new quartz countertop. Paid more that I had originally planned but this is well worth it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this sink and had it installed in my kitchen to replace an older sink. It is worth every penny that I spent on it, and I could not be any happier with it! The large bowl makes washing dishes by hand easy, and there is plenty of room to place and soak dishes and cookware as I'm cooking and baking. The sink also drains well and is easy to keep clean. In terms of construction and aesthetics, the sink is high-quality and has a sleek and appealing design. It can be installed as an undermount or an overmount. Because I had the older sink replaced and was restricted to the size of the already-existing opening for it, I had mine installed as an overmount. The narrow flange around the top still gives it a sleek and modern finish, and there is still plenty of depth to the sink bowl. Blanco makes the best stainless steel sinks. This sink is very roomy and beautiful. If you buy a stainless steel sink it MUST have sound dampening.
