When this tub works, it’s wonderful! I wanted a heater but didn’t get one. I bought this instead and found I really didn’t need one. The water stays warm the entire time. The tub seems to be ok in spite of the most inadequate packaging I’ve ever encountered. Not at all what one would expect for a large and fragile item. The attached pictures show how the item arrived at my house. There wasn’t even any packing material inside the box that would keep it from moving.
