This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. Oven if wonderful as we bake lots of bread, fast preheat is a nice feature for dinner rush. The warming drawer has a spring loaded release that is incredibly annoying, it pops open all the time even if you brush against it with your foot. Additionally most of the time it takes more than one, commonly several, attempts to close and latch it. Sometimes if you open the oven door steam will activate the control panel. Temperature is accurate. • Advice (as one does with any new range): Compare oven temp with separate oven thermometer • Audio alert such as the moment when the oven has reached the preheat temp and when bake time is reached, is faint compared to other ovens I have used. Please amplify the alert or allow the user to set the volume on alerts. Some folks may be harder of hearing than others. • Storage drawer is large enough to store unused oven racks as well as (separately acquired) broiler pans. • Warming center (a great feature) on cooktop passed the melted butter test (i.e. keeping butter in melted but not over-heated state) • Instead of two large burners in the front, the cooktop would be much more useful if one of the burners in the front could allow the user to select either a larger burner circumference or a smaller one. Sometimes, a smaller burner is the only one needed. (Tea for two, for example.) • Oven door projects into the room a bit more than I expected, but is not obtrusive for my galley kitchen. • The oven shuts off when the timer reaches the set time. The user should be the one who cancels the bake, not the oven, unless Bosch gives the user an option to shut off when the oven timer reaches the set time. I do not use the oven timer.. Elizabeth R. The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. The rough-in valve can be installed in any direction as long as the bathtub center line is aligned with one of the six screws on the plaster guard. The plaster guard has a flat top for easy leveling in installation to ensure the trim will be standing straight after installation. A test cap and plugs are included for pressure testing the connection between the rough-in valve and water supply lines.
