Cheap plastic connector clips, one broke and had to epoxy. Metal rails on walls had holes drilled in opposite side (i had to drill metal to make fit), smaller screws didnt fit in holes correctly and larger ones stripped the thin metal. This product was delivered on as promised and defect-free as expected. I think it looked better in person than online. The set of instructions that came with the package was sufficient for a first-time DIYer like myself to successfully install the shower. I have a little help from my wife holding the glass upright for me to screw on the fittings. I have read some reviews where people were talking about leaks. no such experience here. The glass cleans nicely with a squeegee after each use. I don't have an exhaust over the shower so I bought a small size dehumidifier and it works wonders absorbing the moisture in a few hours. We haven’t opened it yet but hope to have it installed in the next few days. It’s the perfect size and shape for our small bathroom. Edit had our contractor install the shower. It was helpful to have a second set of hands to hold it during part of the assembly but for the most part he did the install by himself. It’s a beautiful, solid, well built shower and we love it.
