It’s softer than I thought it’d be! I prefer an extremely soft mattress but I needed a shorter (10”) mattress for the bed frame I wanted and ultra plush is harder to find so I settled on this one and I’m quite pleased. Theyre great! Sit a bit hard, but got them as extra sleeping space when my grandkids visit (once a year) and they work perfectly in the room as I didnt want another bedroom! Actually I just finished the room tonight except for ordering one more thing for wall above plant behind chair. Wanted a casual sitting room and a place for the grandkids to watch tv or play video games. Larger tv still coming. They are EXTREMELY LARGE AND DEEP! If you dont have a decent sized room, I wouldnt recommend them. I have them on an 8x10 rug and actually just ordered the poofs and was able to match them very well! You definitely need an extra pillow behind your back to sit in these. Im 57and without it, they are way too deep. The cushions that come with it, youll see, I put them on the back of the chairs to fill in the space where the head of the chair goes down. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of Serta mattresses and this one did not disappoint! It has great support but is not firm. It is soft and very comfortable. I have back pain and mornings are always hard for me to get up and moving. Since I have switched to this mattress I do not wake up with any aches or pains! The mattress has a good thickness and my fitted sheet fits on it with ease. It is well made and the stitching shows it. I will be sticking with Serta for all my families bedding needs!. Beth1982. Have slept well on it. It is comfortable. It’s firm but not too firm. I don’t like that the corners sink if sitting on the edge. I wish it had a more sturdy edge. I do not think the mattress expanded all the way to the 12” it is supposed to. I would prefer a more firm memory foam top instead of the pillow top it has. Overall decent mattress for the price but I wish I would have looked into different mattress a bit more and probably a 14” one.. Kas. Mon Dec 08 2025
