I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. My driveway has now gone through two winters and the sealant is still somewhat effective, but I think I will need to coat it again this fall.. Bryan. Halifax, NS. Thu Mar 26 2026

It’s incredibly soft and plush, but unlike other soft mattresses I’ve tried, you don’t sink in so much that it’s hard to move or roll over. It feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud, but with just the right amount of support underneath, so I wake up feeling rested and without aches. I've been sleeping on it for about a month now and have no issues waking up with a sore back, shoulders, or neck! A couple of things to keep in mind: this mattress is very tall, about 16", so you’ll need deep pocket sheets and a deep mattress protector, and it’s also very heavy, which makes changing the sheets a bit of a workout. Even with those quirks, the comfort is outstanding. If you want a mattress that’s truly soft and plush but still supportive and durable, I can’t recommend this one enough.. Maribenz_9855. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. Just having to have emergency hamstring reattachment surgery to where I was laid up in bed for almost 6 weeks I was so afraid that I wouldn't be comfortable and not be able to get any rest to heal. That couldn't have been further from the truth. This mattress is firm and holds my body. I don't "sink in" like foam mattresses. It has just enough give in the padding on the very top so that you know you're not laying on " a board". I can only be comfortable being on firm mattresses and this is extremely helpful to my back and to my recovery for my hamstring. I wouldn't give this mattress up if God himself asked me for it.
