I checked with several plumbers and the plumbing supply store before I bought the brand. They all confirmed that they had good luck with installation and no issues with performance. I am disappointed. This high end fixture comes with a cheap, flimsy plastic Lift Rod and Finial - the part that is used to engage and disengage the stopper. It broke in two upon the first use. Now I must see how Wayfair/Delta addresses this issue. Wayfair came through. They are shipping an entirely new faucet to do with as I please.
