We just got these doors, but have not unpacked them yet other than taking them out of the crate. I will say that the having them delivered in such a sturdy crate was unexpected and should assure that they did not get damaged. Beautiful door! Very high quality, you will not be disappointed. Arrived packaged in a wooden crate and did not have a single blemish. It even had wooden shoes on the corners to prevent damage, not sure if that is standard for shipping doors but it was definitely a nice detail that helped prevent damage. You will need a router to create a bottom channel for the guide, external guides will not work because the borders use thicker wood so the edges will hit the guide. Excellent quality, solid construction, ball bearing wheels on upper track. No lower track ( so no need to drill your floor ). I ordered 2 sets. On 1 set of the double doors the strips on the left door didn’t align with the right door. I called Wayfair customer service explained the issue and they gladly shipped out a replacement. No fuss . Sometimes things happen but the way the issue is resolved more than makes up for the inconvenience. Casings come with the doors. Tracks were shipped separately.
