Excellent quality, solid construction, ball bearing wheels on upper track. No lower track ( so no need to drill your floor ). I ordered 2 sets. On 1 set of the double doors the strips on the left door didn’t align with the right door. I called Wayfair customer service explained the issue and they gladly shipped out a replacement. No fuss . Sometimes things happen but the way the issue is resolved more than makes up for the inconvenience. Casings come with the doors. Tracks were shipped separately. We just got these doors, but have not unpacked them yet other than taking them out of the crate. I will say that the having them delivered in such a sturdy crate was unexpected and should assure that they did not get damaged. Ordered this as a pocket door for a new pantry. It looks nice and wasn’t terribly difficult to install, according to my contractor. It also arrived very well packaged, without any damage. However, there is no push latch on the end edge of the door, facing the frame like most pocket doors have to be able to pull it closed, once it is fully opened. It only came with indented grips for inside and outside and a lock. That doesn’t help if the door is fully closed, unless you wanted a door that has to stay open 2-3”. Very strange for a pocket door. Overall, it’s very nice, so I’m keeping it. But I had to order extra hardware to solve the handle problem. Not something I expected to have to do at this price point.. Melissa. Tullahoma, TN.
