Excellent quality, solid construction, ball bearing wheels on upper track. No lower track ( so no need to drill your floor ). I ordered 2 sets. On 1 set of the double doors the strips on the left door didn’t align with the right door. I called Wayfair customer service explained the issue and they gladly shipped out a replacement. No fuss . Sometimes things happen but the way the issue is resolved more than makes up for the inconvenience. Casings come with the doors. Tracks were shipped separately. We just got these doors, but have not unpacked them yet other than taking them out of the crate. I will say that the having them delivered in such a sturdy crate was unexpected and should assure that they did not get damaged.
