I was totally PO'd that the rug was folded. Now it has these ripples and a terrible fold line. I just hope it straightens out by itself and doesn't become permanent. It's very soft, which is great, but the coloring doesn't match up with the photo or description. I wanted this rug because of the GOLD color sprinkled throughout. But, in real life, it looks like a dog has peed on the rug. I sometimes catch myself doing a double take, because it looks like something I need to clean up. The expected chemical smell wasn't that bad, and it's summer so I just opened the door and have the ceiling fan on. I love too that it has this clipped texture in the design. It makes it look handmade. I just wish it really was that deep gold tone like in your photo. I know, I know you disclose that it may look different than your photo, but dang, if it was just a touch brighter. I won't be sending it back, and I may actually look for another rug in the same pattern for another place in the house. Ok, Wayfair how do I get the folds out.
