This is a beautiful rug that laid flat the moment it was laid down, despite having been folded for shipping. It’s quite textured which gives it a rich look. The green and cream are subtle, my cream and almond furniture look amazing in this rug. It’s wool so it sheds for the first few months but regular vacuuming with beater bar off have reduced the shedding which will reduce further over time. Love this rug!. Pamela. Freeland, WA. The colors are very low-keyed, I thought there’d be a little more contrast between the olive background and the florals, but it’s ok for a hallway but not for a main attraction placement. For our space, we needed something soft, warm, and neutral. This rug was perfect - it is higher pile, but extremely easy to vacuum and clean. Very soft between our toes and the pup loves it! This rug is true to size and colour as shown. It is heavy, thick, and warm under the feet. It is very well made and the "weave" is tight. It was well packaged and thank goodness it was because the outside packaging was so filthy it looked like it had fallen off a truck and was dragged through the mud and snow. This is by far my most favorite purchases from Wayfair so far. It is a very heavy durable carpet. It takes two people to transport it but once you put it in the room, it is so elegant.
