This is a beautiful rug that laid flat the moment it was laid down, despite having been folded for shipping. It’s quite textured which gives it a rich look. The green and cream are subtle, my cream and almond furniture look amazing in this rug. It’s wool so it sheds for the first few months but regular vacuuming with beater bar off have reduced the shedding which will reduce further over time. Love this rug!. Pamela. Freeland, WA. The color and texture are WAY off from the photos. It is shown on the website as being a darker reddish hue with contrasting orange fringe on the ends and subtle lines stitched through it. The lines are non-existent and the color is far more brown with the fringe being the same shade as the rug itself. I had purchased my cream and orange area rug from another website and decided I liked it so much that I wanted the same pattern but different color for my dining room. I was about to purchase then thought I'd see if I could find it cheaper elsewhere and I did! Wayfair had the exact same rug for $30 less than the other website. Extremely happy with my purchase. Only complaint I have (but this is for any rug that is shipped) is that they are rolled so tight that it takes FOREVER to get the end to lie flat! For our space, we needed something soft, warm, and neutral. This rug was perfect - it is higher pile, but extremely easy to vacuum and clean. Very soft between our toes and the pup loves it!
