This covers a 16x12 pergola to each outside edge purlin with the use of bungee balls. It does pool small amounts of water after rain but does evaporate. Some of the louvers arrived with minor factory paint scratches. I reached out to Mirador for touch-up paint, but they don’t offer any. Just moved to the desert and it was one of the first things we did to be able to use the patio while unpacking boxes. We bought 2 and really happy we did. The Riverstone line of shade cloths is designed to be an easy-to-use, shade-producing cloth that is UV stable and will last for several years in the hottest environments. All their woven shade cloths are proudly made from black woven polypropylene strands in the USA. Each shade cloth comes with brass grommets for securing the shade cloth. The grommets are placed approximately 2 feet apart around the perimeter of each shade cloth. The percentage listed indicates the amount of shade that is being provided. This also reflects how tightly woven the shade cloths are.
