Just like the doorbell the cam came perfectly packaged containing everything needed to install on our outside wall. As soon as you unpack the cam and handle it you know you have bought a quality product. Although it works out of the box we thought it sensible to fully charge the battery. Slipped it back in and went to Add Device in the App and then with a few keystrokes it was working. The App then gives a tutorial on fitting and how to customise the cam for specific needs. And if you need more help YouTube is there as is the excellent Chat facility in the App. The Chat facility were most helpful when we wanted to upgrade our Plan to accommodate the new cam.
