This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. This robot is much smarter than my previous Roborock Q Revo. It hasn’t gotten stuck once while my older robot would constantly ram my speaker stands till I manually moved it. The auto detergent is a convenience compared to my older robot where I would have to manually put it in the water tank every time I changed the water. The camera is a nice feature being able to see what obstacles or things lost under the bed. The auto empty function is much quieter than my previous robot. Very lightweight and flexible and easy to handle. Has strong suction power. Very easy to assemble and very quick. It worked out the box for 30 plus minutes then charged for 4.5 hrs minimum. Rocky was easy to setup. Some advice, only vacuum one room at a time in the beginning. We have pets and the dustbin was so full it couldn’t empty. I had to take the top off rocky and empty myself. Now I’m vacuuming one room at a time so the dustbin doesn’t get too full. Then with regular cleaning I’ll go back to full cleaning. I also love the mopping feature.
