I was shopping around for taller  toilet to update my out of date toilet in my restroom. Wasnt sure exactly what I was looking for at first. I was needing a taller one for my disabiled husband. While looking on Wayfair I found these 21 one at a great price. This comes in as a two piece toilet with a round seat. The design is nice with flush at the top of the tank instead of the side.  Comes with everything you need to install (will show in the attached picture) I was so happy I didnt have to go buy anything extra. After placing my order, the box came within a week. And you know with Wayfair,  shipping is free! This was easier then going to the store and shopping and not knowing what all I needed. When it arrived the toilet was well package and secure to ensure there was no breakage. Box has handles to insure it is lifted correctly. I would highly recommend this based on quality and price.. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. We have had 12 of the American Standard pressure-assist toilets/tanks in our various homes over the years. We LOVE them. We have a plunger in the house - but have no idea where it is. We like the extra height because we are tall. And it gives NO warning when it decides to break. One morning I got up and NOTHING. I had power, it lit up and made the usual noises, but the water would not go into the brewer. More recently, I had one that would not hold water in the reservoir. I'd find water all over my countertop and on the floor the next morning. Ordered 4 and 2 came in broken. This is also only just the bowl and it does not state that anywhere on here. I spoke with multiple representatives and they also said this should be a full toilet with tank and seat and unsure why I only received a bowl. Joette from resolutions team wants me to keep the broken bowl, give me 25% off to do so and also force me to by tanks with no discount. She states the bowl is the only thing that this photo is showing and I was shipped the correct thing. It may be time to seek new management staff at this point Wayfair is going downhill. Gina.
